Bluebell Update

Here is update no 3 of Bluebell. I am hoping to have her finished this side of the New year, all being well. I have the bottom section towrok on and whilst I am ill andcurled up in my stitching chair I shall try and get her done. Hubby and the kids will be off to his mums for the next couple of days from tomorrow, as we are supposed to be up there, to go to a pantomine, but me not being 100% it's a no go area for me, as she has just recently finished her Chemo and Radio Therapy.

Thanks for all your lovely comments on my advent pressies I have sure enjoyed opening them, and am looking forward to next yrs exchanges already.

I have set up a new blog for next Yrs Crazy Challenge, so that this one doesn't get clogged up with WIP pics. I want to keep this one free for the WIPs list in the side bar. I am going to try and work on those WIPS at weekends.

Day 25 Advent Pressies

Here are yesterdays final advent pressies. As you can see from Peg I got 3 pieces of fabric, a Nora Corbett Chart, mirabilia Chart, a Bent Creek and a Lizzie*Kate chart, a wee bookmark kit, udder cream and the threads to stitch the Mira Chart Day Nymph . WOW what can I say I was absolutely stoked, when I saw all these wonderful goodies. I so feel like having a new start, but I have enough to do now.

From Jacqui I received this gorgeous Quilting Book. I am going to have a go sometime next year, but not sure when as I have some serious stitching to catch up on and the Crazy Challege for 2011.
I haven't done any stitching this weekend as the family and I haven't been here, but I sure intend to make up for that tomorrow and when I am away at my Mother-in-Laws

Day 24 - Christmas Eve

Today I received some more gorgeous Threads from Peg, i have been sooooo spoilt, I wonder what tomorrow will bring. I can't believe it's Chrismats Day tomorrow. Thanks for all my wonderful pressies Peg, they have been fabulous to open.

From Jacqui I got this really cute Calendar, it is being fill up in birthdays for ext year already. Thanks Jacqui, I have loved all my pressies this year, I wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Day 23

Today from Peg I received, this gorgeous notebook, notelets set and bull dog clips. Thanks Peg, they will def come in handy.

Today from Jacqui I received these lovely Dragon Floss Threads, thank you, they will come in handy when I start stitching up some of my charts.

Days 21 & 22

On Day 21 from Jacqui I received this lovely paddle hairbrush. These are my all time favourite hair brushes, now how did you know that mine needed replacing sis lol. Thank you very very much.

From Peg I received this lovely pair of scissors and handmade fob, they have been put to good use already, thanks hun

On day 22 from Peg I recieved this cute christmas box with beads and needles in it, the beads are in my favourite Royal blue, or in some cases it is known as colbolt blue. Thanks Peg

From my lovely sus Jacqui I received a bottle of my Favourite coloured wine Rose. Thanks sis, it is now in the fridge cooling so I can drink it later on.

I have been working on Bluebell and I am hoping that by tomorrow I shall be beading the top section, and starting on the bottom of the dress. Will post an update once the beads are all on.

Day 20 and Bluebell WIP

Today I received this gorgeous little tin, with beads, needles and some Kreinik. I love them, thank you soo much sis, I have loved everything.

From Peg today I received this lovely chart called Angel of Dreams, I can't wait to get her started, but it won't be just yet lol. Thank you Peg I love her xxxxxx

Here is my update on Bluebell by nora Corbett, from the Pixie Couture range. I ahvev finally picked her up after a few months of not working on her. She is nice and small and stitching up really well, and I am enjoying her. I am hoping to have her finished by the end of the year.

Not sure what I shall work on after her, maybe Miss New Year's Eve, as she is another small piece.

Day 19

Today from Jacqui I received this gorgeous Christmas Santa Towel. I love it thank sis, mmmm now where to put him lol.From Peg today I received this lovely magnifyer, that has a light on it. This will be very useful Peg thank you soo much hun.

Day 18

Here are todays 2 lovey and gorgeous pieces. From Peg i received this really at cute and handsome snowman, thanks Peg I love him. I just simply adore snowmen at this time of year. The kids may be building one later as the snow has settled and covered the ground lol!!

From Jacqui today I received a eally cute snowman kit, which may well get stitched up real soon lol, and I also received a little booklet of last minute xmas motifs. For once I may make some cards up for next yr lol. Thanks sis they are lovely.

Day 17

Ooooo I love opening these pressies, today I opened up these 2 lovely pieces of fabric from Jacqui, thank sis they will def come in handy, one of them will be used in the challenge lol.

Today from Peg I received this post it note pad, this will def come in hand over the coming months with all the challenges I am gonna be doing hehe. Oh and mustn't forget leaving notes around for kids and hubby to help me tisy this house up rofl. Thanks Peg xx

Day 16

From Peg today I received this cute little clear bag with a Stitch ripperm, tape measure and Needle Threader, thanks Peg I love them.

Today from Jacqui I got this cute Panda pne, thanks sis , I love Panda, it will be put to good use.

Day 15

Today I received this lovely Needle Minder with Dragon Flies on it. Thanks Peg. I know have 3 of these gorgeous things, another thing to collect me thinks lol. I have just spotted a Candy Cane one on Sew & So lol.

From Jacqui today I received these lovely Scissor Fobs,in my favourite colour Blue lol. Thanks sis they will def come in handy.

Day 14 of Advent

Today I recevied these gorgeous Snowmen Charms from Peg, I just adore snowmen and charms, not sure where they will go yet, but I will think of something.

From Jacqui I received these lovely high lighters, they will definitely come in handy, as my others are all starting to run out lol.

I am looking forward to tomorrows already lol.

Day 13 of Advent Exchange

From Peg today I received this gorgeous piece of Silkweaver SOLO Fabric, I love it thank you. Am tempted to put January Garnet on it.From Jacqui I recieved this lovely bar of Olive Oil Soap with Lavender in it. Must hide it from my mum, as she may want it lol

Some WIP updates at last

Here are some updates at last. This first one is an update of Miss New Year's Fairy. The silver and black circle is the Clock she is holding. Am going to tkae it away with me at the weekend in the hope I can get my stitching mojo back, only stitching once a week at the moment and not alot is getting done.

Here is a Mermaid update, more has been done since I took this piccie the other day, I think my aim to get them done before Christmas is gonna be out of the window as my mojo has disappeared lol.

Last night I sat and sorted out my stash that I am gonna be working on for the Challenge in 2011, everything is kitted up with threads and fabric except for a couple of things that need fabric. Anything that uses DMC thread I shall leave in the boxes so that they can be used for everything that needs them lol.

Advent Day's 9, 10, 11 & 12

Here are the rest of this weeks lovely installsments of my Advent from Peg & Jacqui days 9 to 12. From Peg I received these lovely kits, can;t wait to get them stitched up, but they will have to wait a wee while lol.

On Day 10 from Peg I got this lovely note pad, it will def be put to good use, esp my shopping list, possible a stitchy shopping list rofl.

On Day 11 I received these gorgeous Hand-Dyed Threads, I love them Peg thank you sooo much. Especially the Blue one, as it is one of my fav shade of blue.

Today I received this gorgeous, glass piece with a shell in the middle, I think its a suncatcher, and it will have pride of place in my kitchen window as that is where we get the most sun, I love it Peg thank you sooo much for my pressies so far, you sure have spoilt me hun.

From Jacqui starting with Day 9, I received tis lovely piece of Fat Quater Fabby with Pints on it, I love it sis tankyou very much.

On Day 10 I received these lovely pink socks, they will def be keeping my feet warm in bed tonight, with no heating as our bioler is leaking. We think it's condensation, but I am worried as it is dripping onto cables.

On Day 11, I received these lovely charts by, Lizzie Kate, Bird in the Hand and Sweetheart Tree, thanks sis you sure spoilt me on these, I love them all.
Today I received, these lovely decorations, now I recognised these from a couple of yrs ago, hehe Thanks sis for the second pack as my kids pinched the first ones rofl.

Thank you Jacqui and Peg for my lovely advents, I am truely spoilt and blessed.

Days 6,7 & 8

Hi Everyone, sorry I haven't posted the last couple of days, its been hectic getting ready for a party on Friday Evening and Sat morning I am going to be doing a local Christmas Fayre.

Day 6 from Peg, was this lovely homemade bookmark, thanks Peg I love it.

Day 7 was, was a notebook with Christmas Tags inside.
Today Day 8 I received this lovely Kit called Snowflake, it is a Mill Hill Tiny Treasures kit

From Jacqui on Day 6 I received these lovely Choccies, and they didn't last 5 mins with me rofl.

Day 7 was a Pair of Nailclippers, thanks sis, I now have about 4 of these lol, which keep disappearing.

Today Day 8, WOW well cute, thanks sis, I just love Keyrings, and tghis one is adorable, he will be hung up soon. We shall be christmas decorating the house this weekend, so house needs to be organised starting today. The kids will be helping me as they are home poorly, again lol.

I shall post pics of my WIPs later on today, of Mermaids and Miss New Year Fairy, I just need to sort out theb piccies first. Thanks for all your lovely comments.
